Where We Ship

We currently ship within Kenya only.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of Ksh. 5000 and above.

 

For orders below Ksh. 500, the following flat shipping rates apply:

Nairobi, Kiambu, Machakos	Ksh. 300
All other areas within Kenya	Ksh. 500

 

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are delivered within 1–5 business days of dispatch, anywhere within Kenya. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges will apply.
